The condo also includes in-unit laundry and a full bathroom for added convenience. House Rules

Important house rules: -Absolutely no house parties -Min age of person booking is 25 -Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment. This includes cigarettes, marijuana and vaping. A $500 fee will be assessed if evidence is found of smoking inside the apartment. Thank you for your cooperation -Maximum # of pets allowed is 1. Please indicate on your reservation if you will be bringing a pet -May not exceed the # of people specified at the time of booking. -Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am We have wonderful neighbors and it’s very important that we be respectful to the residents of the building. *Please acknowledge the house rules above as they will be strictly enforced.

Other Details to Note

-Porch awning is not for guest use. -Early check-in is not guaranteed, but we notify guests immediately if the condo becomes available sooner. -No late check-out due to strict cleaning schedules. -A Ring doorbell camera is installed outside the entrance (records but is not monitored) for security and guest safety.

Really, really enjoyed this space. Mike was fabulous. Very responsive and helpful. Love that anything in the apartment that was a bit different, had a note attached telling you how it worked. Kitchen has everything you need to cook like you are at home. Spices included. And if you need it, there is a small store a 1 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The sand is about 30 seconds away. But all the noise of the boardwalk is blocks away. Absolutely perfect! Spent many evenings on the deck enjoying the beach air, drink in hand, lounging in a comfy chair. And then you go inside and sit on the recliner… bliss. Nice job Mike & team!

I was supposed to stay at Mikes place for 1 week and ended up staying a full month , Mike was very helpful. The peace around Mikes place is amazing I could easily stayed another month . Will definitely be back.

This condo was very cozy, clean, and decorated nicely! We felt right at home. It was nice to be able to have direct access to the balcony from our bedrooms. Also, we were able to walk right up on the beach. Very good location! The host Mike was very friendly, responsive, and helpful! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

It was a great stay! We walked our dog through several of the neighborhoods and really enjoyed the view from the deck. It is on a third floor, but no one above to make noise. We would recommend to family and friends, and Mike was very attentive and quick to resolve any questions.
