Really, really enjoyed this space. Mike was fabulous. Very responsive and helpful. Love that anything in the apartment that was a bit different, had a note attached telling you how it worked. Kitchen has everything you need to cook like you are at home. Spices included. And if you need it, there is a small store a 1 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The sand is about 30 seconds away. But all the noise of the boardwalk is blocks away. Absolutely perfect! Spent many evenings on the deck enjoying the beach air, drink in hand, lounging in a comfy chair. And then you go inside and sit on the recliner… bliss. Nice job Mike & team!

A wonderful home in a beautiful place with an excellent host. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. A short walk to the beach and restaurants and the bird sanctuary. We look forward to returning soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mike's Place. It was as described, and was very close to the Parker River Wildlife Refuge, which we came to spend time in. Nice small views of the salt march and dune landscape around the house. Quiet, homey, and comfortable. We loved cooking, and having breakfast in the spacious kitchen. We also loved the walk-in shower. The hot water was there almost immediately. Easy to get to Newburyport from this location too. Mike and his team were always very responsive. All in all, a really good experience.

Excellent location, easy to walk to the beach and through the beautiful neighborhoods. Easy to get into Newburyport with fabulous restaurants and cute shops. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Mike was very easy to get in touch with, very responsive.

Very cozy and beachy feel close to the sunset grill and the convenience store. The place was well equipped with all everyone thing one needs to enjoy the day at the beach. Nice walking path out the door. Efficiency kitchen and cute sunroom to enjoy drinks and a meal. Nice place to enjoy a week at the beach!

Very cozy and warm place centrally located to all Hampton Beach attractions. My wife and I were in Hampton to visit our kids and grandkids along with friends and the place worked out perfectly for us. We would rent again. Mike and the other hosts were very responsive. All in all a great experience.

I had to find something last minute because my first reservation had to undergo some renovation during part of my planned booking. I really appreciate Mike’s prompt response and flexibility and letting me rent for my tenant (which usually need to go through an Airbnb work account and I was having a tough time setting that up ) and to extend the stay when the renovation of my rental unit was late.

Mike’s place was perfect, giving us quick access to exactly where we wanted to be. It was also very comfortable and well appointed. Instructions were clear, and his team checked in to ensure we had everything we needed.

I was supposed to stay at Mikes place for 1 week and ended up staying a full month , Mike was very helpful. The peace around Mikes place is amazing I could easily stayed another month . Will definitely be back.
