House Rules
Minimum age of primary renter at least 25 years of age. Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment. This includes cigarettes, marijuana and vaping. A $500 fee will be assessed if evidence is found of smoking inside the apartment. Thank you for your cooperation

• Pet-friendly (max 2 pets; must be included in booking). • Occupancy: The living room sofa is not a pull-out sleeper. The home sleeps a maximum of 6 guests in the beds provided. • Entertainment: The Smart TV offers access to streaming apps like Netflix and Hulu (using your own accounts) and local news via the "NewsOn" app. There is no cable television. • Security: For your safety and security, a Ring Doorbell camera is located at the exterior entrance. It records audio and video but is not actively monitored. • Check-In: Early check-in is not guaranteed, but we will always notify you via the app as soon as the home is ready for your arrival.
